M11/A11 to Barton Mills roundabout then A1065 to Swaffham. At Swaffham Town Centre just after the 2nd pedestrian crossing lights bear right at mini roundabout. At the traffic lights turn right & follow Norwich Road for about 1.5 miles to roundabout. Take 3rd exit (A47) Norwich.

From Midlands and the North

A1 to Peterborough or A14 / A605 to Peterborough. Then follow the A47 towards Norwich.

Directions from the A47 at Swaffham

Follow A47 towards Norwich, passing Necton and Little Fransham. You will then come to a series of "Dual Carriageway Ahead" signs. At the 1 MILE sign turn right into Fen Road. Then left and right again into The Broadway sign posted to Daffy Green. Old Hall Lodge is a mile up on the left after Broadway Farm and Old Hall Farm.
